The gates open at 8.00 am, you can be on water from 9.00 am and everyone has to be off water at 8.00 pm.

Please be aware that there is a site entry fee of £5 per adult and £1 per child aged 5 to 15

Compost toilets are available throughout the site.

We have a small shop that sells a selection of hot and cold drinks and some snacks as well as a small selection of ice-creams

Yes you can, there is a fee of £10.00 per vessel that you want to launch. Please ensure that your vessel is clean in order to avoid any possible contamination from other waterways or the sea. Please also be aware that you MUST wear an appropriate buoyancy aid at all times when on the water. If you do not have your own buoyancy aid you can hire one from us at a cost of £5.00 for 2 hours. Please also be aware that there are designated areas for entry on to and exit from the water. Children under 14 MUST be accompanied on the water at all times. 

Unfortunately you cannot swim in the lake, this is due to the amount of water craft we have on the lake and we want to reduce any risk of injury. We do have a designated Splash Zone that  paddle boards and kayaks are not allowed in, this means it is a safe place for children. This area goes from ankle deep to 2.5 metres at the end of the pontoon. Children MUST be supervised at all times.

No, you do not need to book in advance to launch your own vessel. There is a self launch fee of £10 per vessel and buoyancy aids MUST be worn at all times on the water

For our hire equipment please be aware that we have a limited supply and there may be periods where you will have to wait for already hired out equipment to be returned. You MUST be over 18 to hire any of our equipment. We will require a £20.00 CASH deposit for every 3 items, this will be refunded on the timely return of all items hired

Yes, they are, dogs must be on a lead and under your control at all times. We ask that you clean up after your dog and have provided several red poo bins around the site for this purpose.

Yes, you can, we ask that your barbeque is 15 inches off the floor. Disposable barbeques are NOT allowed. We ask that you ensure that barbeques are properly extinguished and that you do not dispose of your coals in the lake, hedgerows or grass, please take them home with you to dispose of them.

You will be allocated a parking spot, we ask that you reverse your vehicle in to the allocated spot keeping your vehicle on the hard standing. You will then be able to set up on the grass behind your vehicle.
